Omelette with Matsuni
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Matsuni 5 fl oz
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes and pepper into pieces (without the pepper, the taste is milder), heat a small amount of any oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with matsuni until smooth, season with salt and pepper to taste. When the tomatoes become soft, pour in the egg mixture. Stir a few times. When the mixture thickens, leave it in the hot pan for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Chop the cilantro and sprinkle it over the omelette before serving.
