Ingredients
- Chicken Liver 20 oz
- Chicken Broth ½ cup
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken liver, remove membranes, pat dry, and lightly pound.
Step 2
Sauté the liver in butter with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Add the tomatoes to the liver and pour in the broth.
Step 4
Beat the eggs and pour them over the prepared mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and bake in an oven preheated to 355°F.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
