- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz

- Lightly Salted Red Fish 0 oz

Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cut the salmon into 7 cm cubes and sauté briefly.
Step 2
Mix the eggs with the grated cheese and milk. Add salt to taste.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the skillet, cover with a lid. Cook over medium heat until done.
