Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Broccoli 1 head
- Pickled Chanterelles 6 pieces
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the broccoli in salted water or steam until tender.
Step 2
Melt about 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, add the chopped mushrooms.
Step 3
Sauté until the mushrooms are browned. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with the milk, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the heated pan. Cook until the eggs are fully set.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated cheese, then top with mushrooms and broccoli.
Step 7
Fold the omelette and cook for a couple more minutes until the cheese is completely melted. Serve immediately.
