Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Wild Garlic Greens 1 bunch
- Pork fat 2 pieces

Step 1
Cut the fat into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat the skillet well, add the chopped fat, and fry until the fat is rendered. Transfer the cracklings to a paper towel.
Step 3
Drain the fat from the skillet and wipe it with a paper towel. Place it on low heat and add finely chopped wild garlic. Sauté until soft.
Step 4
Add the lightly beaten eggs and cracklings, and cook, stirring, until the eggs are done.
