  • Chicken Egg 6 pieces
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Vodka 0 fl oz
  • Dill 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the dill. Thinly slice the lightly salted salmon fillet.

Step 2

Crack the eggs into a suitable bowl and lightly beat them with a regular fork. Add a few drops of vodka.

Step 3

In a skillet, heat the butter, pour in the egg mixture, and stir with a spatula. As soon as the omelet starts to set, squeeze the cream cheese into the center, add the lightly salted salmon, and carefully fold the edges. Sprinkle with dill. The omelet will need another minute to reach the desired consistency on the heat of the skillet.

Step 4

Transfer the omelet to a plate.
