- Milk 0 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Dill 2 sprigs
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Red mullet fillet 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the green beans, bell pepper, and tomato. You can pre-boil the beans for a softer texture.
Step 2
Whisk together the eggs, milk, dill, finely grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables, add pieces of red fish (ready to eat: lightly salted, steamed, stewed, etc.). Cover and cook until the eggs are set (if you overcook the lightly salted fish, it will steam and become like regular boiled fish).
