Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Cold-smoked trout 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Butter 2½ tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dill 1½ tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Cut the trout into 1 cm thick slices and add it to the eggs along with the chopped green onions and dill. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 2
Place a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter in it.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 4 minutes, stirring slowly.
Step 4
Divide the omelet into 4 portions, place on plates, and optionally garnish with sprigs of dill.
