Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over low heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Soak the matzah in a bowl of warm water for 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate.

Step 3

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add the broken matzah, diced salmon, onion, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over high heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the eggs are set, about 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with dill and serve immediately.
