Omelet with Pasta, Cheese, and Herbs
Ingredients
- Cilantro to taste
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Pasta (corkscrew) 0 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta (in this case, I used conchiglie) in boiling salted water until ready. Drain the water.
Step 2
In a hot skillet, sauté the pasta and sliced tomato in olive oil for 1 minute, stirring. Now remove the skillet from the heat to prevent the base of our omelet from burning.
Step 3
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add finely chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Whisk with a fork.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook over medium heat with a lid until the top of the omelet is set. One minute before it’s done, evenly sprinkle grated cheese on top of the omelet.
