Description

You can add any aromatic herbs to accompany the green onions and green cheese, from parsley to basil, from tarragon to dill.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Green Butter 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the green onions. Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them with the green cheese and white ground pepper.

Step 2

Heat a skillet, pour in olive oil, warm it up, and sauté the finely chopped onion until it begins to darken and soften.

Step 3

Then pour the mixture of eggs and green cheese into the skillet. Cook until the eggs begin to thicken noticeably, then use a spatula to fold the edges of the omelette. Turn off the heat and let the eggs finish cooking for another minute in the residual heat of the skillet. There's no need to add salt — the green cheese has enough saltiness.
