Omelet with Fried Rice and Sausage
Ingredients
- Salted Butter 5 tablespoons
- Sausages 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Boiled White Round Rice 1 cup
- Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Oyster Mushrooms 2 teaspoons
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice. Chop the sausages coarsely, slice the onion into thin rings, and julienne the carrot. Place a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Sauté the sausages, then add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown. Add the rice and cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cover and remove from heat.
Step 2
In the skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and pour into the skillet. When the omelet firms up, place half of the rice, sausage, and vegetable filling in the center. Using a silicone spatula, fold the omelet over the filling and transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining eggs and filling.
