  • Thai Bird's Eye Chili 4 pieces
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Shallot 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Cream 0 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Crush the garlic, finely chop the shallot, and finely slice the chili along with the seeds. If you are concerned about it being too spicy, it's better to remove the seeds.

Step 2

Sauté the shallot, chili, and garlic in butter for 30–40 seconds.

Step 3

Slice the chorizo into strips and lightly sauté in butter.

Step 4

Mix the eggs with the cream, season with salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Step 5

Pour the eggs over the chorizo and cook on low heat until done.
