Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Olive Oil 2½ spoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chopped Sage Leaves ¼ glasses
- Feta cheese ½ glasses
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cauliflower ½ pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a fork, mix the eggs with a quarter teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the finely chopped cauliflower. Sauté for 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, stir, and cook for another minute.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower and cook for 4-5 minutes, occasionally lifting the edges of the omelet with a fork and shaking the pan.
Step 4
To flip the omelet, first carefully transfer it from the skillet to a plate. Then, turn the skillet upside down and cover the omelet with it. Firmly press the plate against the skillet and flip it over so that the plate is on top. After this, cook the omelet for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Divide the omelet into two parts, transfer it to plates, and sprinkle with feta cheese and chopped parsley.
