Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Milk to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion in olive oil (vegetable oil will work too). When the onion becomes slightly translucent, add grated carrot and cook for about 3–5 minutes. Add the bell pepper and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 2
Lightly beat the eggs with milk and add spices. Pour the eggs over the vegetables and sprinkle everything with fresh herbs.
