Ingredients
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Pear 1 piece
- Goat cheese ¼ cup
- Bacon 1 slice
- Chopped almonds 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a well-heated skillet, fry the finely chopped bacon until golden brown. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the skillet, add the sugar and melt it for about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the peeled and cored pear cut into large pieces and sauté until soft for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with crumbled cheese and bacon and slightly melt the cheese.
Step 5
Pour in the lightly beaten eggs and cook without stirring for 2-4 minutes until set.
Step 6
Cut into segments, sprinkle with nuts, and serve.
