Omelet and Mozzarella Pyramid
Ingredients
- Courgette 1 piece
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Milk ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into thin strips, halve them, and lightly fry them in a pan or on a grill, drizzling with a few drops of olive oil.
Step 2
Prepare the omelet. To do this, mix the eggs, milk, flour, and salt with a fork or blender. Fry several layers of omelet of small diameter on both sides.
Step 3
Cut the fresh Unagrande mozzarella into large circles.
Step 4
Layer everything into a pyramid. Start with a layer of omelet, then place a circle of mozzarella on top, followed by a strip of zucchini and a fresh basil leaf. Repeat until all components are used up.
Step 5
Garnish the omelet with basil leaves and diced tomatoes. The pyramid can also be decorated with a few drops of balsamic sauce.
