Ingredients
- Carrot 0 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 0 oz
- Quail Egg 4 pieces
- Doctor's Sausage 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons
- Green Peas 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil a slice of carrot for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Cool down.
Step 3
Cut the carrot and sausage into cubes about 7 mm thick. Slice the cucumber into rounds of the same thickness.

Skewer one pea onto each toothpick.

Next, add the sausage.

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom.

Then add the carrot and spread mayonnaise again.

Boil the eggs hard, cool them down, and peel.
