Ingredients
- Pitted olives 24 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice 1¼ teaspoons
- Chopped almonds 24 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Drain the olives in a large sieve and dry them well.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix 0.5 teaspoons of oil and 0.5 teaspoons of chili. Add the almonds and mix well. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and place in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, until the nuts are golden and the skins are brown. Let cool slightly.
Step 4
Stuff each olive with 1 almond.
Step 5
In a large bowl, mix the olives with the remaining oil and chili. Serve.
