Description

The original recipe calls for challah; if you can find it, you can use it in the forshmak instead of regular rolls.

  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 2 pieces
  • Sverdlovsk Roll 2 pieces
  • Shallot 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers 1 piece
  • Lemon ½ pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Borodinsky Bread to taste
  • Milk 15 fl oz
