  • Oatmeal ½ cup
  • Soy Milk 1 cup
  • Pomegranate Seeds 4 tablespoons
  • Fig 4 pieces
  • Hemp Seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step 1

Cook the oatmeal in water, adding sugar.

Cut the figs into large pieces.
