- Honey 4 tablespoons
- Light Raisins, Seedless ½ cup

Pour the oat flakes into a microwave-safe dish, add 4 cups of water, salt, and heat on full power for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Add the walnuts, rinsed raisins, dried apricots, and honey to the oatmeal and heat for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Let the finished oatmeal sit covered for 20 minutes.
