Description
For the beet puree, boil the beets (for half an hour to an hour, depending on their size), peel the outer layer, then chop the flesh randomly and blend it with a small amount of water until smooth.

- Milk 10 fl oz
- Oat flakes 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 teaspoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Cream 22% to taste
- Pea purée ¼ cup

Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan, add the sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder, simmer for a minute, then stir in the oat flakes, add the beet puree and chocolate, and cook over medium heat until desired thickness is reached.
