Description

Oatmeal Pie with Bananas and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • Fresh Berries 5 oz
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Honey 3 tablespoons
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Skim Milk 5 fl oz
  • Cinnamon ¾ teaspoon
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Vanillin 1 teaspoon
  • Oat flakes 0 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Take a dish (I use a size of 25x15 cm) in which we will bake the pie. Line the bottom and sides with foil (if you have a ceramic dish, just grease it with a little oil — foil is not necessary).

Step 2

Slice the bananas into rings and place them in the dish. Take half of the blueberries and spread them over the bananas.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cinnamon — ¼ teaspoon. Add 1 tablespoon of honey. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Take the oat flakes.

Step 4

In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, half of the walnuts, baking powder, and the remaining cinnamon. In another bowl, beat the milk, egg, remaining honey, and vanillin with a mixer.

Step 5

Remove the bananas with blueberries from the oven. Sprinkle with the oatmeal mixture. Then pour the milk mixture over the oat flakes, ensuring it is evenly distributed over the oats.

Step 6

Sprinkle with the remaining blueberries and walnuts. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes (at the same temperature), or until a golden-brown crust forms on top.

Step 7

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
