- Oat flakes 5 oz
- 1% Kefir 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Prunes 0 oz
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, eggs, and cottage cheese, add the activated baking soda and oat flakes, mix thoroughly, and let the oat flakes swell for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add washed raisins and chopped prunes and dried apricots.
Step 3
Place the dough in a greased baking dish and put it in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 4
You can decorate it to taste with powdered sugar or grated nuts, grated chocolate.
