- Instant Oatmeal 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vanilla salt a pinch
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the oatmeal in kefir for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Beat the egg with sugar.
Step 3
Mix everything together, then add olive oil.
Step 4
If the batter is not thick enough, add a couple of tablespoons of flour.
Step 5
Cook on a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
