
Oatmeal Pancake with Cheese

Description
This pancake is delicious both hot and cold. You can omit the cheese and use yogurt with berries or jam as a filling for the finished pancake.
Ingredients
- Egg 2 pieces
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Oat flakes 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl, pour in the milk, and add salt. Whisk with a fork or whisk.
Step 2
Grind the oat flakes in a blender or coffee grinder – you can make it into flour or just slightly grind it. Add to the egg mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture into a preheated pan greased with oil, cook on one side for a couple of minutes, and when it sets, flip it over. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until done. It’s better to cook the pancake from two eggs in a large pan; otherwise, flipping it can be tricky.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and place it on the pancake. Fold the pancake in half and heat for another half a minute. Serve. Enjoy your meal!
