Oatmeal granola with dried fruits and nuts
Ingredients
- Ground Oats 15 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar 0 oz
- Flaxseeds 0 oz
- Coconut Milk 0 fl oz
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Unsweetened cherry juice 0 fl oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the oats into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the rinsed raisins. If the raisins are tough, soak them in hot water for 30 minutes beforehand.
Step 3
Add the dried cranberries.
Step 4
Add chopped walnuts.
Step 5
Add the flax seeds.
Step 6
Add the almond flakes.
Step 7
Pour in the coconut oil.
Step 8
Add the honey.
Step 9
Pour in 50 ml of juice; any juice can be used.

Mix thoroughly.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 355°F for 20–25 minutes. The granola should take on a golden hue, and the nuts should be crunchy.

Remove from the oven and let it dry a bit to make the granola crumbly.

Pour the finished granola into a storage container.

Granola can be served with yogurt, milk, or juice of your choice.
