Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the dry oats under cold boiled or purified water. Drain the water.

In a separate container, pour in 200 ml of water and place it on the heat until the water boils.

Wash the raisins well under running water. Drain the water.

Wash the apple well under running water and remove the core.

Cut the apple into medium-sized cubes or strips.

Place the chopped apple into the boiling water.

Add the prepared raisins to the container with boiling water and apple.

Add the prepared oats to the apple and raisins.

Bring the oatmeal to a boil, cover with a lid, and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a plate.
