Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Honey 10 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Rum 0 fl oz
- Instant Oatmeal 2 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the raisins in rum overnight.
Step 2
In the morning, make the dough by mixing all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Then grease the cookie molds with butter and place them in the oven to warm up.
Step 4
Beat the eggs. Add a little water. Mix until smooth.
Step 5
Incorporate the raisins and oatmeal.
Step 6
Pour into the cookie (or muffin) molds, just to the bottom.
Step 7
Bake for 11–14 minutes.
