Ingredients
- Hercules Oats 5 tablespoons
- Raisins 1 tablespoon
- Apple 1 piece
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the Hercules oats in 5 tablespoons of warm water overnight.
Step 2
In the morning, drain the water.
Step 3
Wash the apple, grate it on a coarse grater, mix it with the raisins, and add to the oatmeal.
Step 4
Whisk the kefir with honey and lemon juice, then pour the mixture over the oatmeal.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 6
Transfer the oatmeal to a saucepan, pour beaten eggs over it, sprinkle with grated cheese, and place in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 7
Serve the finished casserole on individual plates, garnished with raisins.
