Description
Use enough flour to achieve a thick dough consistency. I spooned it onto the baking sheet.
Ingredients
- Cornmeal 5 oz
- Oats 0 oz
- Cheese 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Chopped Fresh Thyme 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Mix the flour, grated hard cheese, oats, and egg. Add your favorite flavors. In this case, thyme and a bit of grated pumpkin.
Step 3
Shape the flatbreads. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Enjoy while the flatbreads are hot with honey and butter. In my case, I had it with country-style sour cream.
