Ingredients
- Mild Chili Spice 20 oz
- Garlic 5 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Uchiko Suneli 0 oz
- Salt 1½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the stems from the peppers, leaving the seeds in, as they will add heat.
Step 2
Pass the peppers, peeled garlic, and nuts through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Add all the spices and mix well.
Step 4
Squeeze the resulting mixture through a cheesecloth to remove excess juice. Transfer the prepared adjika to a jar and store it in the refrigerator.
