Ingredients
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 5 oz

Step 1
Crush the walnut kernels with the garlic in a mortar or chop them in another way.
Step 2
Place in a bowl, add salt, and gradually pour in the olive oil, first drop by drop, then in a thin stream, vigorously mixing until a thick sauce is formed.
