- Black Pomegranate Molasses ½ cup
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cilantro 3 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 teaspoon
- Saffron ½ teaspoon
- Utskho Suneli 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
