Nut flour bread with dried fruits
Ingredients
- Flaxseeds ½ glasses
- Almond ½ glasses
- Cashew sour cream 1¼ glasses
- Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 5 oz
- Applesauce 4 spoons
- Ground Cinnamon 2 spoons
- Baking Powder 1½ spoons
- Xanthan 1½ spoons
- Salt ½ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F and mix all the dry ingredients: flaxseed flour, almond flour, cashew flour, along with salt, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum, and cinnamon.
Step 2
Add unsweetened applesauce and a cup of water, then blend with a mixer until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in the chopped dried fruits and walnuts.
Step 4
Place the dough into a loaf pan and bake in the oven for about one hour and ten minutes. Check for readiness with a toothpick.
Step 5
Remove the baked bread from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely. Only after that can it be sliced.
