Ingredients
- Radish 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers ½ piece
- Macadamia Nuts ½ cup
- Pistachios ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the radish into very thin rounds; the thinner, the better.
Step 2
Blend the lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, finely chopped pepper, and nuts in a blender until creamy.
Step 3
Spoon the nut mixture onto half of the radish slices. Top with the other half of the rounds. Press lightly and serve.
