  • Linguine pasta 15 oz
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Sugar 6 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
  • Rice Vinegar 6 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 6 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Sweet Chili Sauce 2 teaspoons
  • Green onions 6 bunches
  • Toasted sesame seeds 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, prepare the pasta and sauce. Place the pasta in a pot of boiling lightly salted water and cook until al dente (about 8-10 minutes); drain the water and transfer the pasta to a bowl. Meanwhile, place another pot over medium heat.

Step 2

To make the sauce, combine garlic, sugar, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce in the pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.

Step 3

In a large bowl, coat the pasta with a layer of the prepared sauce. Before serving, garnish the dish with green onions and sesame seeds.
