  • Salmon 5 oz
  • Green onion tops 1 bunch
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Starch film 2 teaspoons
  • Milk 1 tablespoon
  • Udon Noodles 20 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Blanch the tomatoes and remove the skin. Finely chop the flesh. Slice the onion into rings.

Step 2

Boil the noodles. Rinse the salmon, pat dry, cut into cubes, and lightly sauté in 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the onion and sauté a bit more, then remove from the pan.

Step 3

In the pan, mix the sour cream with 2 teaspoons of starch and milk, and bring to a boil. Add the fish, onion, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Combine the noodles with the fish.
