No-Yeast Pizza with Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce to taste
- Morels 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Stir well and knead until smooth, soft, and elastic dough forms. Let the dough rest for 3 hours in a warm place, covered with plastic wrap.
Step 2
After that, shape the dough into a base or small bases for the pizza.
Step 3
Spread tomato sauce generously over the pizza base, top with filling, and sprinkle with vegan parmesan.
Step 4
Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 480°F for 15 minutes.
