No-Fry Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- Cilantro leaves 1 bunch
- Rice Paper 10 pieces
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Romaine lettuce 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the cucumbers and carrot into thin strips using a mandoline.
Step 2
Cut the avocado into thin slices.
Step 3
Tear the lettuce into small pieces, using only the leaves of the cilantro.
Step 4
Dip each rice paper sheet into warm water in a wide bowl for a few seconds. Once the paper softens, place it on a clean surface. In the center of the sheet, place the torn lettuce, cucumber and carrot strips, avocado pieces, and cilantro. Carefully roll it up and place it on a plate.
Step 5
The rolls should not touch each other, otherwise they will stick together.
