
New Year's Salmon Appetizer with Ginger

Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 20 oz
- Scallions 2 pieces
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
- Lime 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Chives 1 bunch
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish into small cubes.
Step 2
Wash the lime well and grate the zest finely. Squeeze the juice from half of the lime.
Step 3
Peel a small piece of ginger and chop it finely.
Step 4
Chop the green onion and chives finely.
Step 5
In a large bowl, mix the ginger with the lime juice and zest, chopped green onion and chives, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil.
Step 6
Add the fish and mix well.
Step 7
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and try to eat it within 30 minutes.
