Description

Not just a pudding — it's a dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3.2% Milk to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Rice to taste
  • Fig 1 piece
  • Vanilla Pod 1 piece
  • Fresh Berries 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Please cook the pudding yourself; find a recipe here if you're not sure.. :) I checked, there are currently 18 recipes! Mine wasn't there, so I'm writing this. The only thing is, when cooking, add the vanilla pod to the milk, having previously removed its seeds and added them to the milk as well.

Step 2

While the pudding is cooking, remove the green tops from the strawberries, and all the berries (I think the red ones — raspberries and strawberries — look more aesthetic), place them in a blender cup, and blend your fragrant mixture with an immersion blender. I added store-bought agave syrup to the berries yesterday and immediately regretted not taking 2 bottles of it — where to find it now! You, in the absence of syrup, can add either sugar or glucose, as I usually do, I'm sure it will taste great. How much syrup or sugar — you decide, taste it yourself. Because, as our super chef John taught us yesterday ;) — to each their own when it comes to taste and color.. A brilliant piece of advice! Everyone has their own definition of sweetness. Isn't that true?

Step 3

So, you blended the berries, strained them through a sieve to remove the seeds — we want a delicate texture! Yes, this will slow down the cooking process a bit, but the effect is worth it. You'll get berry syrup like in a restaurant (a universal definition my aunt uses for anything she finds tasty..)! We serve the pudding in a low glass for water (the layers should be visible). And before that, take the vanilla pod out of the pot if you forgot.

Step 4

Pour the syrup on top.

Step 5

What else I did: I caramelized a quarter of the fig with a torch and placed it on top. It can be eaten hot or cold.
