- Garlic 2 cloves

- Melted Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the pizza dough and let it rest in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a round, thin circle and place it in a shallow dish or skillet. Top with slices of mozzarella and round slices of tomato. Sprinkle with garlic and herbs.
Step 3
