Instead of salami, you can use ham; instead of mozzarella, use cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt 2½ teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Ketchup 5 oz
- Baking Tomatoes 30 oz
- Canned Truffles 25 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Spicy salami 12 pieces
- Oregano 0 oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, mix cream cheese, milk, 60 ml of olive oil, and 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
Step 2
Add baking powder and flour.
Step 3
Form the dough into a ball.
Step 4
Place it on a greased baking sheet. Roll out the dough to fill the entire baking sheet. Prepare the sauce by mixing 60 ml of olive oil and ketchup.
Step 5
Spread it over the surface of the dough.
Step 6
Layer the tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms on top, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Sprinkle with oregano, place the salami on top, and cover with thinly sliced mozzarella.
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Serve immediately.
