Ingredients
- Veal Mince 15 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the skillet, add the finely chopped onion, and sauté until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the ground meat and sauté for 5–7 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water, tomato paste, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the pasta and add it to the skillet with the cooked meat. Mix well.
