Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Veal Mince 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic. In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the vegetables. Add the minced meat and cook for 10–12 minutes, breaking apart any lumps with a spatula.
Step 2
Add tomato paste to the minced meat and vegetables, stir well, and heat for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in 0.5 cups of hot water, season with salt and pepper to taste, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
While preparing the sauce, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Then add it to the skillet with the ground meat and cook everything together for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, you can sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh herbs.
