Navy-Style Pasta with Boiled Beef
Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pasta (corkscrew) 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the boiled beef into strips 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Fry the meat and onion in vegetable oil over medium heat until the onion is golden and the meat has a crust.
Step 4
Add the boiled pasta. If necessary, add more vegetable oil. Sauté everything together for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
