Navy-Style Noodles
Ingredients
- Egg noodles for wok 5 oz
- Ground meat 5 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Onion 0 oz
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Passata Tomato Sauce ½ spoons
- Parsley 3 sprigs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Then add butter.
Step 4
Add the ground meat, onion, and garlic pressed through a garlic press, and mix well.
Step 5
Sauté over medium heat for 10 minutes, breaking up any clumps of ground meat with a spatula.
Step 6
Add the tomato paste, salt, and pepper; stir and heat for 1 minute.
Step 7
Pour in 70 ml of water, cover, and simmer on low heat until all the liquid has evaporated.
Step 8
In a large pot, bring water to a boil with salt at a ratio of 1 tablespoon of salt per 1 liter of water.
Step 9
Add the wheat noodles to the pot and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 10
Then drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them quickly. Set the noodles aside.
Step 11
Add the wheat noodles to the minced meat, mix everything together, remove from heat, and let it sit covered for 2 minutes.
Step 12
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Step 13
Serve immediately.
