Ingredients
- Eggplants 3 pieces
- Cilantro 5 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Tahini 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Wash the eggplants, place them on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Allow the baked eggplants to cool and peel off the skin.
Step 4
Transfer the eggplants to a deep bowl.
Step 5
Next, add the tahini.
Step 6
Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
Step 7
Blend everything with a blender until smooth.
Step 8
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Step 9
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Step 10
You can place a few cilantro leaves on top for decoration.
